How to capture FORWARD traffic in TCPDump?

How to specifically capture traffic forwarded from one LAN device to another with TCPDump?

Sorry if I sound like an ass, or missing part of the question, but example 1 and 2 in the man page shows this.
I might be able to help with some specifics though.

Code: 
EXAMPLES
       To print all packets arriving at or departing from sundown:
              tcpdump host sundown

       To print traffic between helios and either hot or ace:
              tcpdump host helios and \( hot or ace \)
 
I confess... After making the original thread I became confused and reworded my thread because I couldn't find the "delete thread" button...
