How o/cable r the 3.06s and 2.8 533 fsb chips

Hey guys, im wondering this, because my 2.4 p4 isnt quite up to the job of the 6800gt, im thinking at the end of the year, do a motherboard, cpu, and memory upgrade to say a amd 3400+ or something, whatever is good at that time, cause im assumin the 4000+ chips will be out by xmas. Ill post the manufactuer SKUs for these 2 chips. So tell me if these will o/c good or not.
