256GB in a 2013 macbook air
256GB Samsung 830 in my desktop (2011)

I will likely go 1TB with my next build.

512GB Samsung 960 Pro as my primary boot drive, and had an OCZ-Toshiba VT180 960GB for my Steam Library - now replaced with a Micron 1100 2TB (couldn't resist, damn you eBay sales T_T)

Question for the 256 gb folks. Do you store games on a secondary, mechanical drive? I tried keeping games on the ssd for a while and quickly ran out of space. It would of course be nice to keep the games on ssd in order to shorten load times.

I have most of my games on a 2TB HDD, but have that HDD cached with a 256GB SSD.

My system partition has been 120 GB for a very long time. I have other large storage volumes for music, games, etc, but I like to keep the OS tight, because it really doesn't need to be bigger and backup/recovery is really simple.

C:\ 1TB Samsung Evo 850
E:\ 3TB Toshiba Spinner for Steam
F:\ 3TB Toshiba for storage and downloads

All other rigs have 512GB Crucial SSDs for the system drive and 3TB spinners.

My main rig has a 500GB Samsung 840 Evo as a boot drive. Have another 840 Evo 1TB SSD that is for games, and then 24TB of spinners.
Been running the 840 Evo's for almost 5 years now. They have held up well, the 500GB shows it's had 63.4TB of files written in Samsung Magician.

My HTPC has a WD Blue 1TB m.2 SSD, with a 500GB samsung 850 Evo for extra stuff.
