How is this wireless router, is it decent for everyday usage?

Looking for a decent router for my single story open floor plan 2500sqft home. I need nothing special like gaming features or anything like that, but looking for a solid choice router that will provide constant 5ghz wireless speeds (with in normal range of course) and 2.4ghz for my far away wireless connections. Also will it be an upgrade compared to the built in wireless in my comcast xb3 modem?
