right now its a 20% overclock im running a 2500+ @ 2.2 @ 200fsb im going to try more later but my a7n8x dx really doesnt like my bh5 when running in dual channel, to get anything above 190fsb i have to use single channel. I think i will try some ddr500 using hynix chips and see what i can do.

2600+ barton @ 2.22 1.7v 384 fsb. May be able to get it higher, just bought a new 480w PSU (i had a 300w yep.. eww) my mobo is a nf7 ver 2 so I should be able to handle more

I don't beleive the over 100%...

And there should only be about 5% MAYBE between 80 and 100

I've had some good clockers in my time but nothing like that sorry....

300a@492
566a@952 would boot into windows @ over 1000
600e@900
700e@950
800eb@960(this was 160FSB awesome for back then, unfortunately, my WDC didn't seem to be as happy with it as I was, and it went belly-side up with all my data :()
900Celery@1300
2500+@2500Mhz
2800+@2400Mhz

Best for percentage wise was 566 celery..... like 80%ish into windows....

QJ

A64 3400 Clawhammer CG ( 2.2ghz ) running at 2.4 ( 240x10 ) I used to be able to run several tests @ 2.5ghz, but after I formated, i just cant get 2.5 to run very well :(

1.83Ghz nominal@2650. Stable cept for intensive gaming, locking up cause of heat issues with vid card. Dropped it back down to 2.4Ghz and lowered voltages and is stable. For normal use I just kep it at 400fsb and stock voltage setting cause sometimes I just get tired of the constant tweaking and things of that nature.
Some days all I want to do is just turn on rig and use it like a "normal" person, at least for a few days antway ;)

1.3g celeron in my linux box up to 1.55g , I dont feel like doing math right now, my brain hurts.

35w Mobile 2400+, Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe
Stock: 1.8Ghz
OC: 2.4Ghz @ 1.65
33% overclock on air

I haven't played with my chip at all yet, I just wanted to get it running. Once I get some better memory and a better cooler I'll have to see what she can do.... by then my watercooling setup should be ready. :D

Ram: El Cheapo Stick

haha, i know how that is... :\

You should be able to hit somewhere in the 2.4-2.6 range on air cooling. I suppose it'd be depending on that ram there. My personal best with my 2200+M and NF7s was 2704mhz (225x12) @ 2.03v

on my DFI set up i use a maze4 waterblock
temps:
Ambient is: 75~ºF

Idle: 38ºC
Load: 45ºC

On my NF7-s i used a vantec aeroflow (the original).

Idle: 45ºC
Load: 58ºC

Load was usually under prime95 testing for hours.

I have an old P3 733 Slot 1 running @ 825 mhz, a real speed machine. I had to cut the plastic shroud off the Slot 1 in order to make it stable...

how did you oc a p3>? I have been trying for a while on something I have been working on

I had already voted previously in reference to a different overclock....but here's the most I can muster out of my 2.8C on air cooling.

3.9.JPG

Notice the uBer high voltage needed to get it that high though......part of the reason it's being held back right now is because the temps are climbing the way they are, but the funny thing is that aside from the heat I seem to have a very valuable 2.8C.....its been running on 1.85v or so on and off for about 4 months now.....no SNIDS here. ;)

I'm gonna be going for 4GHz with the water cooling.....not bad for a 2.8C. ;)

just raise the FSB.. just like every other kind of overclocking.. did it on my 933.. just couldnt get it too high becasue its already at a 133 bus and those old chipsets didnt like higher all that much

Exactly.....but he might have just been stuck with a bunk board that has/had shit for overclocking options in the BIOS....as back then it wasn't uncommon to see a good number of mobo's without ANY overclocking functionality whatsoever.

ya the fsb is locked

2.8C @ 3.1C (right now) - Air cooled.

It's capable of 3.35C air, but I dropped it as plan on water cooling (I have everything), just been too busy. Plus, our house air conditioner has been acting wonky, so in the Las Vegas heat during the summer it gets killer for anything overclocked (120F ambient is not something to laugh at hehe) :) .

It's a good processor, I could probably get 3.5 out of it on water.

AMD XP 3000 (2.17 ghz) to 3.0 ghz

I'm also gonna have to call for a pic on that one. I know that it's been done, but it's one of those things that isn't NEARLY as common, and pics are kinda required with those kinds of overclocks to be taken seriously.

27% only :(
(2300-1800)/1800. But I'm confident my AX can go further. (9x255HT ... 2800+)

But my 1700+ was a monster.... 2.5GHz .... 70% overclock

XP-M 2600+ @2750 (220x12.5) @2v, water cooled - load temp 46C, quiet fans ... approx 44% o/c

Will boot at 2810 @2.1v and surf the net and timedemo Doom 3! ... but rad fans starting to get too noisy and bails out of Prime95 after 5 minutes or so. Does this count :D
