How efficient is the stock cooling solution (Opty 165)

With the stock cooler on my A64 3000+, I never go above 45C load, even with the chip maxed out at 2.6Ghz. I've got an Opty165 I cannot OC yet (CCBBE 0615), and I was wondering if it should be around the same? Is my OC going to be limited by my cooling solution?

This won't be a lot of help I'm sure, but for what it's worth my new Opteron 170 with stock cooling OC'd to 3Ghz gets a load temperature gets around 37c max, rarely up to 40c.

the stock heat pipe cooler is pretty good.
I replaced mine with a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. Strangely the difference was not very dramatic.
