how does one become a microsoft authorized reseller

I was thinking about selling computers on ebay with xp installed legally while provideing the coa and original oem disk. Can I do this? I am under the impression that I need to become an authorized reseller. I have been searching around microsoft for a couple of hours now to no avail. I think i need to join the microsoft partnership program but I'm not sure. If that is the case it would seem that i need to form some form of corporation in order to get started. I sure would welcome any info on how to become an authorized microsoft reseller.

no, you dont have to be MS authorized to sell XP on a system. you do have to authorized to get the little "designed for windows XP" sticker though.
