How do you video call on an android?

So? Video calling is still impossible on most of the latest Android phones.

Hangouts over data looks just the same or better than Facetime. My wife and I have used both quite a few times. I prefer Hangouts because it seems to connect faster and have a more reliable connection (Facetime would drop).
