performed a tracert and pingpath test. How can I tell the speed of the connection between each hop like 10mb, 100mb, 1gbs?

at one location my file transfer speed is 1mbs, from another location to the same drive its 100mbs. Thanks!

ping/traceroute does not work as a bandwidth measurement tool.
It barely works as a latency measurement tool.
The only real information this test provides is whether or not the host is replying to echo requests.

You may be able to determine the physical link type via the reverse DNS hostname of each hop.

woot got solarwinds i should be good but if anyone has some command line tricks please share
