How do I RMA a Sapphire card

My 5-month old Radeon VII is artifacting now. I want to RMA it but when I got to Sapphires website, it says to handle returns through the seller. So I got to Amazon and pull up my order history to find the card and it says the return window has closed (it says it closed one month after purchase). How do I warranty this?

Returns go thru the seller obviously, but what you want is to rma. Open a ticket and start there.
