I can only find program that creates and opens sfv files?
My understanding is that you can't. It's essentially a 'checksum' file associated with other compressed or split files. It doesn't actually contain data unto itself.
But... here's something that'll read them apparently: http://www.software-downloads.org/cgi-bin/detailed.cgi?ID=536
Like the above poster said it is basically like i checksum. You can actually open it using the edit command if you want. Just usually lists the files and attributes i think. It isn't an archive itself.
Ah thanks. I got the directions after open it
Nope joining them didn´t help. How am I supposed to extract these???
you don't extract sfv.
you probably have .001, .002, etc or you have rar files so just use winrar to open/extract them
Extract? I think your a little lost. SVF files are usually packaged with rar files (usually scene releases)
The rar file is what you want to extract. The SFV is what everyone has said. A Cheksum. It checks all your files are complete. Thats all.
MooSFV - *freeware* sfv/md5/m3u checker
Just a quick example of a SFV checker you could use...Try google'ing for others if this doesn't work out for you.
