How can I reset or delete a users unknown keychain PW ? (mac noob)

Is there an easy way or are there multiple ways to reset a user keyhcain PW?

By the way guys. That doesn't work on 10.4 from what I seen today. I tried it on a few Macs and it didn't work. You have to go to key chain access and reset the key chain. Either way though, thanks for the help...
