I am wanting to do some OCing how big of a ps should I look into getting? I am currently running 430w.

What brand, and how many amps can it push on the rails? Specifically at 12v and 3.3v

Wattage means nothing when it comes to power supplies in the market

it's true, wattage doesn't mean as much as how much amperage is on the 12v, and the 3.3v rails specifically. Your best bet is to look at like... 400w+ supplies - pay attention to the name brand and search forums, google it - the model, name brand etc, until you find something in your price range that'll work decent.

There's a list in this forum of "approved" psus - there's also plenty of resources online telling you. I can personally reccomend anything made by Fortron (FSP), most Antec supples, Enermax, and some others... I have an XClio - does a great job for the $ - I have the 450w version which runs the gear I have listed below easily - check it out for $40
