Optional usually means it's NOT included.

When I got my Ultra Aluminus Case from Fry's in Indianapolis, I paid $66, and got a $60 rebate. It took about 4-5 months for my rebate to finally get here after a few calls to figure out why it was taking so long...First call after a couple of months they said it was never there....Don't wanna hassle with that ever again

I never had a problem with Ultra rebates. I've gotten them everytime and within 6 weeks or so.
 
I might have to make a trip to Frys 2 miles away and see if this in B&M as well here.
