I don't know the relative performance of the SMI SM2262EN controller but this undoubtedly is one of the cheapest 2TB NVMEs available right now. And it's TLC to boot.

I'm going by old(ish) info but assuming things have not been changed internally (which is assuming a lot these days ) the Pilot-E has DRAM and 96 layer TLC. Should be similar to the Phison E12 in performance. I think it's a 3 year warranty. Take with grain of salt since I didnt bother to confirm this info but if accurate it seems like a [H]ot deal
I think the Inland Platinum is the Phison E12S, has DRAM but uses QLC.
