Hosting files on a site...

This is a really easy question, but i don't know it yet.

I have a Comcast account that i can build a home page. but that doesn't allow proper file hosting. my question is: is there anything free out there so i can make a whole site like this? http://g-prime.net/x360/

All i want is a simple file hosting site like that, but i don't know if there are any free ones out there.
 
Does your internet connection have a fast upload speed? If it does, would you consider hosting the site on your own computer? It's very simple actually.

If that's not for you, there are probably places which offer free file hosting with a list view option. I don't know of any off the top of my head though, sorry.

There is an ISP called "look.ca" that allows what you want. You are supposed to get 10 Megs of storage, but I have uploaded over 100 Megs for a short period.

They do charge a fee, but it is not much.
