home theater projector

Hello everyone , I am going to get a home theater projector , and had put eyes on these two , I think many of your may have one also and know more about them ,so how do you like them ,I need your suggestions pleae . Thanks in advance for inputs.

I still know enough about HT projectors to know that Viewsonic is likely a big waste of money, and that Infocus IN72 is probably a much better PJ.

I would research the topic more, and wait for more opinions, before narrowing the candidates down. There are a lot of great 720p projectors for less than ~$1k, unfortunately i'm not up to date enough to be recommending any of them.

I have an Optoma 1024x768, DLP (Darkchip2) projector with 2000 lumens that works great--even in ambient light conditions, but I'm looking to upgrade to the Panasonic by the begining of next year.

I love my Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 1080. Blew my Sanyo PLV-Z2 out of the water.

Out of those two, I'd have to say the Optoma but both are 720p-native projectors. Are you going with 720p because of budget? What is your budget?
