Seems like good news for HL2 fans in that they're now going to make episodic content for HL2 building up the story more and more.

Valve is going to kill my wallet with the SiN episodes, and now the HL2 ones.

Amazon has the DVD listed for pre-order @ $12.99

Well, think of it this way.......12.99 a year(its been a year plus since HL2 right????) for maybe 6 hours of game; or 30 dollars every two or three years for an expansion.

The "episodes will probably just "be" the planned expansion broken in half or thirds and released over a longer time to keep the cash flowing.

I sort of like the idea of a more lenghty expansion once in a while than shorter episodes once a year.
