I would say no. They are not made by Toshiba. And the warranty would be with WDC.

Well this is tempting.
It is tempting to me as well as I know these are quality drives that will disappear when they are sold out. I do not need the storage now since I acquired 6 or 7 2TB drives before the flood (some at $59 each) however for my 8+ year old htpc I will need more storage in the future especially when my HD content expands. To this point I have recorded most stuff in SD since I did not have a cable card tuner.
