2400 pro review above, scores identical to the X1550 card in 3dmark 06 but the games benchmarked are different. I own the 2400 pro. IT SUCKS.
I even apologized for it in another thread, but I simply cannot any longer.
I guess 20 bones is an alright price to charge for it..,

Well, you get what you pay for. If you're buying a $20 card, you're not using it to game.
The only possible reasons you might have are: backup card, you love modding cheap stuff, you need a card for general shit, or -- my personal favorite -- money is burning a hole in your pocket and you're running out of pants.

They both share your system memory and both are 64bit cards, except that the 8400GS is a DX 10 and the Radeon is a DX 9. You could play games on low res. but just make sure to get at least 2GB of ram installed in your machine.
