Hiper vs Xion power supply

Well, it depends on what you want to do with it really.

Do you want whatever it is hooked up to to last? Do you want to run SLI or many HDs? Watercooler? Run a 2900XT?

If you answer yes to any of those, then they aren't the PSUs for you.
 
I wouldn't suggest either of them, but given the choice, the Hiper.
 
Hipers are well known for going bang, this side of the pond anyway... Xion are basically unheard of but make cheap gaming cases so i wouldn't.
