So I accidentally bought the Noctua NF-F12 fans which are made for radiators and heatsinks instead of the Noctua NF-S12A which are for case fans. Do you think it'll matter at all? Or should I go ahead and order the NF-S12A?

You'll be fine, but...

The Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM are the new gold standard for both static pressure and quiet airflow, any reason other than price you aren't getting them instead? Every other fan in the line-up is an older, less optimized design.

You should also have gotten the Noctua NF-P12 Redux as they are the same fan as the NF-F12... except without the extra cables and in a grey/grey tone, and for less money :)

I was going to use them for exhaust. I probably still will, just my OCD always wants to get the best temperatures.

I didn't want brown fans. Does the NF-A12x25 come in black?

A black and possibly a Redux version is coming this year.

Static pressure fans are good when running air filters on your intakes.

Fans being required to push through both a filter and a radiator is a lot to ask. My setup is the radiators are unfiltered exhausts and the intakes are twin 140MM Corsair ML-140s with a filter in place.
