Are you happy with the monitor? If not then return it and get something else. Though really a "little banding" is relatively minor compared to other imperfections a monitor can have.

not very happy because I find the little Scratch on the monitor stand:(

My question is does the 850 series monitor have the same issue? Did some one get the monitor form the Korea which they do not have the banding issue?

That doesn't look like banding to me, it looks like edge lit LED clouding causing uniformity issues. And your monitor looks pretty typical for an edge lit display, very rarely would you notice that in actual use. If you try another monitor you could end up with one that is worse. Very few monitors have no imperfections, you can find them on damn near everything if you look. If you google "S32D850 clouding" or "S32D850 uniformity" you will find plenty of people with similar issues. You need to decide with what you can live with.

You will find issues with almost any monitor if you look hard enough. If his one bothers you, return it. Just be aware that your second monitor could be worse than the first, or could have completely different issues.

If you ever go browse around HDTV forums, you will often find people that are three or four returns deep into trying to find a TV without issues.
