Help with video + audio sync 1080ti

I upgraded from an old system with a 7970 to this new system with a 1080ti.

I have 2 1440p monitors, an Acer 144hz and a dell 60hz.

My dell has blurry text and when I open a youtube video to see on that monitor, the audio goes out of sync with the video. The video is faster than the audio.

The problem goes away when I stop and start the video.


Any tips?
 
What are your sync settings? V-Sync? G-Sync with V-Sync? Is G-Sync enabled for both fullscreen and windowed applications?
