Help with a ASUS netbook

I recently bought a ASUS 1001PX and i was wondering how do i go about returning it to factory specs. "ie Reformat etc"

Press F9 right after POST to run ASUS recovery.

I dont have the image file? An im guess thats the only way to return it to factory settings? Any help?

I don't have an Asus netbook, but most computers nowadays have a recovery partition.

Have you checked the Asus website for the procedures to restore from the recovery partition?

If it didn't come with a recovery DVD, did you call or email them asking for one? Tell them you have a problem and need one, or you'll have to return the computer. That should get them to send you one.
