HELP! Weird scratching noise from speakers..

Hi

I've had this problem for sometime, its not there after a clean os install so that makes me thing its some kind of spyware thats sole purpose is to annoy the hell out of the user... note that I had the same thing before I upgraded the whole system... so that rules out any hardware glitch too..

Randomly, a hissing/scratching noise will come out of speakers.. same exact noise everytime.. I was able to record it with windows sound recorder...

Anyone has any idea what this is?
 
Do you have a cell phone by it? My speakers make sounds when theres a phone by.
