[HELP!] strange service in Vista64, unable to remove/detect

help! i already formate my pc 3 times on the weekend and it is still there, none of the anti-spy/ad/virus program picked up and i can't manually remove them!!!

the following service keep running, eventho i try to disable, delete..so on

all of them located: c:\windows\

afisicx.exe
mabidwe.exe
noytcyr.exe
perfs.exe
roytctm
sopxeca
tdydowkc
wsldoekd

tried: super-anti-spyware, spybots, microsoft malware remover, Malwarebyte's anti-malware, NAV10.

but no luck...

maybe something your installing is already infected?
when you format the drive, are you doing a quick or complete format?

complete, my main concern is is there any program can pick up those files? so i can rescan my entire pc/software library
