I need some quick learning heh.

Im switching from running a linux server to a Windows Server 2003. And i gotta get up to speed quick. I have never run any of the windows servers, and im going to have to have a webserver and a database up very quickly.... so im looking for any good book recommendations(sp?) there are so many windows server books that i was hoping someone knew one that stood above the others.

In the past i have worked with diff. flavors of linux, and some OpenBSD and FreeBSD but NO windows. Also any online resources that would be good reading, but i always like to have a good thick book to dig through when things get tough :D

Thanks for any info you can throw my way.

Depends what books. Sams is good so is Sybex for practical knowledge and geting a server up and running. For technical info you can't beat MS press.

Windows Server 2003 Administrator's Pocket Consultant by William Stanek (MS Press) is pretty good.

For an extremely detailed book, take a look at Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Inside Out also by William Stanek.
