Help need to order asap,Memory for p5b-e

I have the first revision p5b-e and the vdimm voltage only goes up to 2.1volts.I have a 6400 conroe that I want to get 3.4ghz with. I want a ddr2 6400 set as a twin pair that do 4-4-4-12.I need to choose out of the following

Geil is the best bet of those, but none are great.

AFAIK, the Buffalo Firestix are still D9GMH.

I'd also take a look at Team Xtreem.
