Help me re-build my file server (RAM, CPU & MOBO)

I've been out of the market for a little while...

My file server recently went to crap (I suspect bad mobo, will test different PSU tonight but all my voltages seemed ok). The error is: Kernel Power failure, EventID 41... Win7x64 Ult. which translates to constant reboots no matter what. (Pulled hardware in/out, fresh install, no dice. same error & constant reboots).

Since it was a Socket 939/nforce4 platform buying replacement parts is too damn expensive for the performance.

What could I build on the cheap for around $200 max. I Need:


1- cpu: dual core would be nice, but it's not a must
2 - ram: 2 Gigs should be more than enough, don't need performance)
3- mobo: Need onboard graphics/sound & at least 4 SATA ports.

Can you help me piece something together?
