Help me OC a 3200 venice w/ DFI ultra infinity please :(

specs:
3200+ venice purchased very recently (so its not one of the earlier weeks)

XP-90 with sufficient cooling
DFI NF4 Ultra Infinity

I currently have my 2400 mobile OCed to 2.3ghz 24/7 on my nf7-s but thats becuase i could actually make sense of the menus

heres the BIOs, i dont see any FSB or mjultiplier or anything, just cpu voltage :|
heres the "cpu genie" in the bios..

this is the RAM setting screen within the Cpu genie settings

also the ram settings dont look like 2-2-2-5 which is what the newegg page says they run at at 2.6v...

edit: looks like cpu frequency is the FSB since when i change it from default it starts at 200mhz, and then goes up in increments of 1...
