I had a game on my Tandy 1000sx (80286) circa 1991 that was a first-person football game. It came on 5.25" floppies and supported CGA, EGA, and Tandy graphics. I don't recall sound support but if it had any it was PC speaker only.

I was chatting with a friend about it and cannot recall the title.
