Help me allow hardocp & hardforum in Privoxy

Hopefully this will be short and sweet. I've started using this program a while back and it blocks all kinds of nasty stuff and just about every ad. However, I want to allow certain sites ads through. Looking through the faq and manual on the site http://www.privoxy.org/ I can find no way to accomplish this outside of setting up a whitelist, which would mean I would have to add every single site I want to visit ever, which seems very impractical. I can at this moment disable privoxy while visiting [H], but with multiple tabs this becomes tedious. Someone please help me!
