There are two major ways to prompt Microsoft to improve subpixel text rendering on OLED monitors in Windows to eliminate chromatic aberration (text fringing) and improve sharpness.

#1 Please support ClearType 2 GitHub. It is being spearheaded by BlurBusters founder and has a concurrent GitHub input from MacType. The best way to support this on GitHub is to provide feedback when it's requested and to upvote the most contributory comments. Non-contributory comments will only confuse the project as that post will be reviewed by software developers.

#2 Please search for the various complaints in Windows Feedback Hub app and upvote/comment. There is a list of links to these complaints in the GitHub posts.

MacType support for assigning different profiles to different monitors and WOLED support would be amazing.

The biggest issue with MacType is not supporting* DirectWrite. If that was figured out it would allow application much better support for modern applications.
For now when I want to use MacType in web browser (arguably most important application) I need to use special Chrome builds that use GDI font rendering.
It would be good if Google brought back GDI rendering altogether. Chromium patches are quite easy to apply actually so its mostly will, not technical limitations which cause this issue.

*) It is possible to affect DW applications and make fonts less hinted but not completely.
At the very least MS improved its font rendering since early XP/Vista/Win7 days and its not horrendous anymore. With proper configuration its not as clearly visible at first glance which programs use MacType unhinted (OSX-like) rendering and which still use MS rendering.
