Help....dummy......me....erased EFI partition

I have my complete Windows installation on a drive that I erased all other partitions from.....dimwit.
I have tried to follow 50 sets of directions to restore the boot but it seems like everyone out there posting leaves out steps, makes an assumption you know way more than you do, or just can't write.

If anyone has a clue how to get it booting again I need the help. I have the data but I have programs installed that can't be reinstalled due to no media or whacked DRM schemes.

I have spare HDs, a useable Win 10 OS on another HD, external docks, Win 10 boot USB and no luck.

I appreciate the tips, but I can't restore a partition that has been erased, futzed with, and overwritten.
Every time I try the Cmd line technique it gets to a point where is says it can't find the referenced files.
I will keep trying and thanks for any help.

First off, suggest backing up all the data from your Windows install just in case. Then try this method.

You'll need a Windows Recovery disc or Windows 10 installation media.

I have tried every suggestion and somewhere in the chain it always fails. Now in the process of rebuilding and salvaging data.
Thanks for everyone who tried to help. Best advice, don't delete your EFI
