help choosing MoBo,cooler,PSU to go with 6700k and gtx1060

i am building small form factor and quiet PC and i already bought some of the components

i7 6700k
SilverStone ML08B-H
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3200 C16 for DDR4
Samsung 950 PRO Series - 512GB PCIe NVMe - M.2

and GTX 1060 (not sure which vendor yet but i like the low profile evga oc for 260$) is it quiet ?

for the part i cant decided yet :

z170 mobo so i can OC < what do you think of this one

i think 600w sfx psu is more than enough but dont know about the fan noise of this one

and for the cooler i and restricted to 58mm in hight and need something quiet yet it can cool down the i7 6700k under mild oc < what do you think of this one

i didnt build a pc for years and any help would be appreciated
