guys this is for my system security, my com puter has been running slow, and i suspect spyware. Can one of you guru's tell me what might look abnormal in the process list.
Spybot 1.3 final can help you....also go through your add/remove programs list and remove anything that resides in the task bar that is not essential to operation, then update your Norton antivirus and do a scan.
