[Help]30-40 FPS with new GTX 970 with Alienware Graphic Amplifier

So today my new GTX 970 came in and I went ahead and installed it in my Alienware Graphic Amplifier however when I launched the Game Warframe my FPS was 44-48. I done updated my drivers but the problem still continues, also haven't restarted my PC yet so I don't know if that will fix the problem.

PC specs
Alienware 13 2015

Labtop Graphic Card - Geforce GTX 860M 2GB
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz
Operating System - Windows 8.1 64x bit 64x-based processor
Ram = 8GB

New Graphic card I got today
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 970 4GB ZT-90101-10P
 
You could have restarted your PC in the time it took to write that you hadn't restarted your PC yet.
