Hdplex 250w Hi-Fi PSU, any experience ?

You say you're using a Seasonic X550. Or is your music PC something else again?
 
well, back then i used a pico psu ( the version with the wide input range) in combination with a FSP 19V brick for my dedicated music pc.
In the end i never upgraded to the hd-plex unit.

replaced it with a auralic aries mini this year.
So the dedicated music pc is not in my signature anymore.
 
I use a couple of different hd plex items. High quality and i never had any issues with them. If they make a difference with audio playback is another question entirely. ;)
