Previous to my Windows 10 upgrade I was able to watch 1080p videos full screen. I can watch youtube and netflix without issues. After the upgrade I can no longer do so as the videos play at 1 fps if not slower. If I scale down the video window to useless proportions then the frame rate goes back to normal. CPU usage is maxed out as well which tells me the video card acceleration isn't helping if at all.
I have an AMD Phenom II x4 925 (2.8GHz) and Geforce 6200LE video card. Granted the video card is weak, but isn't my quad core processor fast enough to handle all video acceleration on it's own? I am wondering if Windows 10 is to blame for this and I should go back to Windows 7.
