have to return my AD700's because they leak too much sound

I have to return my AD700 they leak to much sound. I think i need closed cans. My wife complains she can hear them from the other room. I need help picking out closed cans.
i was thinking of getting A700's ?

Don't sleep on the Beyer Dynamics DT770 or if you are gaming, the MMX300.

The A700 isn't bad though. Amazon has the black version which I totally enjoyed. Great sound stage.

A700's are closed, so they should stop leakage to a degree over the AD700's

if you want a lot of isolation, Sennheiser HD 280Pro's would probably be a more aggressive choice

might also look at M-Audio's Q40's which are decently isolated

The leakage was purposed filled so you can hear the sub, not just feel it.

A700s are a better Can, but with a Sub, the AD700 is a great choice.

i ordered the A700 yesterday

i like the sound from the AD700 and i like how they felt on my head
so iam hoping the a700 are similar quality. I will have both tonight to compare.

BTW i don;t have a sub and do not plan on getting one but it does sound like it would be fun to use one.
