Hauppauge WinTV-GO TV Tuner Capture Card $18 shipped

Doesn't look like it has a hard ware based encoding system. For $18, I can forgive a lot though.
Anyone have this? How is the visual quality?
 
I've got one, been sitting in a drawer for the most part of two years. The lack of S-Video means that the only useful thing this has is a coax plug for cable.

If you're going to hook up a game console or anything else that *could* use S-Video, get something that supports it instead of this card.
