Hard drive missing?

I installed Vista on a seperate hard drive. Now it doesn't show up in XP and I want to reformat the drive with Vista on it and just keep running XP.. Any ideas how to get the Vista HD to show up in XP? And how to format the Vista drive if I can't get it to show up?

Nope. I don't know what the deal is. Acts like it's not there at all. I just want to format Vista from the drive and use it for storage.

You can get something like GPart and boot from it's CD...then clear the drive. If you have Ghost, use gdisk.

I agree, if you just want to wipe the Vista drive, boot from a GParted live cd and delete the partition Vista is on, then format the drive.
