running wmr headset. How do you SAVE in game please i cant figure it out thanks !

I have a valve index, but you need to call up the game menu by what ever means you do that.....for me, I hold down my "B" button.
A pause bar pops up and a circle forms around it, then the menu.
Click the save game, accept, and it returns you directly to the game.
