Looks like a better deal than the 470 listed here today. I'm seeing some feedback on TD that Diamond might not have good customer service. Do you own due diligence.

My screen is 1920x1080 LCD TV so I don't think I really need anything faster than a 5850. Still I'd prefer a 5870 for under $300. I'm thinking I should wait till the Southern Islands cards are available later this year. Don't really game much right now anyway. My 8800GT work fine so far.

BTW, you can get a Visiontek 5850 for $20 more (no free shipping), but you don't need to do a MIR and you get a lifetime warranty (vs. 12m).

I'd say the extra warranty would be nice, however video cards are the one component that I have never had fail on me.
