Which is completely unnecessary. In fact, for practical purposes the phrase "this is my password" is just as secure as the one you posted.

I got an email from Arena Net saying my E mail for my GW account had been changed. So somehow i also got "hacked" so to speak. I have no idea how or why but its been 12 hours since i submitted my ticket and no response.. UGH

true enough, but ctrl+c ctrl+v is easier to type than some random string of words too

yeah it was actually changed i cant log into my account at all anymore!! I have never had this happen before..

huh... I'm surprised you don't hav eto authenticate a email change with the original email account first, unless you do and your email account itself is hacked - which is entirely possible depending on your passwords

completely different passwords.. and no you dont have to authenticate the password change I have done it in the past.
