Guide Plus+ for ATI all in wonder

Im having a few problems with this crappy software!!!!

First everytime i open it up. My sound controls for my wave and line in turn all the way down and the line in mutes itself.

Second, When the program is running my mouse cursor always disappears for alittle bit then when I move it really slow it comes back.

Any help would be great!!!!

I have already uninstalled and reloaded...

Do you know where I can download Guide Plus? I need it for my TV Wonder and I lost my Driver CD.
