I was browsing Newegg earlier, and the subtitle didn't have "Free Splinter Cell and Batamn Arkham Origins", only AC IV and $50 off the Shield. Does that mean no more Splinter Cell and Batman promo?

Yes.... although I think you'll also get a coupon for a Shield discount.
It it's any consolation, AC4 is easily the best game among the three.

The current Winter Bundle has replaced the older Holiday Bundle and is scheduled to run until Jan 31st.

It only has AC:IV and the Shield promo for GTX level cards or higher.

Microcenter in Northern Virginia is still handing out coupons for all 3 games. I bought my GTX 780 on the 18th and received all 3 coupons. Also, the batman promo codes appear to expire on Jan 31st according to the coupon.
