How much of a performance difference will there be between these two cards? Secondly, is there any review published for the TITAN X HYBRID? I can't seem to find one.

Under stock BIOS they would both be TDP limited at 275W. Titan X shouldn't be more than 5% faster if you overclock both. With a custom BIOS on both *maybe* the Titan X will be 10% faster. They should both have the same overclocking ability but the Titan X will hit TDP limit sooner. The Titan x is stable up to 1475mhz TDP-wise, above that you will throttle quite often. The 980Ti should be stable to around 1525mhz.

980Ti hybrid is the better value, unless you need ever fps of performance or running out of VRAM running triple 1440p monitors or something.

Agree. Go with the 980ti IMO. cheaper, almost a good, slightly better OCs
