GTX 1070 Ti for ~ $500 @Amazon.

Maybe the price gouging isn't so terrible on these? I thought the MSRP was around $450 or so, but to be honest I don't know so feel free to talk smack about the deal. ;) According to EVGA website these are suddenly worth more than $500, but that seems like B.S. to me as the cheesy plastic GTX 1080 were $500.

I bought the regular SC version with the ACX cooler for $509 direct from EVGA before they went nuts with their pricing. This seems like a pretty good price for a FTW version.

Newegg also has a couple different ones in stock around the same price.

So glad to see these finally coming down to reasonable prices. If Nvidia releases new cards in the next 3 months EVGA still lets you step up, right? I haven't done that since like... 8800GT to 8800GTS days but I think they still have that program.

Decent deal. Although someone who wants a 1070 ti should watch the official Nvidia store. They pop up every other day for $450+tax. I just ordered one about a week ago. Came up to $475 after tax. I don't mind founders edition though.

$50 more for an aftermarket cooling solution is about in line with normal pricing.

A nice feature but total waste because you can only choose certain cards, it's at full msrp price and cards don't come out that fast. Perhaps if you bought a card 6 months before a big launch and waited untio within 90 days or whatever to step up. The only benefit is to bypass the bitcoin miners jacking up the sales price.

I stepped up twice. Never seemed like a deal. I used the program with similar cards as you.

Due to GPP, I'm withholding enthusiasm for nVidia price cuts and availability at this time. However, if you are looking to buy one, $500 is not bad. Too bad Vegas aren't priced anywhere close.
